This paper explores how generative AI reshapes the entrepreneurial idea-space and the epistemic challenges that follow. The paper develops an ecologically rational model (ECR: Expansion, Contraction, Realism) that proposes machine-led ideation paired with human-led curation to reduce false positives and steer more sustainable venturing in an age of abundant AI-generated possibilities.
