Developing the Management Studies Community

Twice a year the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies (SAMS) invites applications for funding to support workshops or events that benefit the global management studies community.  

The maximum fund is normally £10,000, but most awards are significantly less, therefore it is expected there are other funding sources of support.  

The Developing the Management Studies Community Scheme is on hiatus for the duration of 2026. The scheme is undergoing a comprehensive strategic review to ensure that it continues to effectively support the evolving needs of the management studies community in the changing global environment.
