Submit to JMS
Welcome to the Journal of Management Studies (JMS) submission centre, a gateway for scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders to share their insights, research, and perspectives with a global audience. Whether you’re submitting a research article, a reflective essay, a debate piece, or proposing a special issue, JMS offers multiple avenues to amplify your voice and advance the field of management and organisation studies.
Submit high-quality Original Articles and Review Articles that advance knowledge in management and organisational studies. All manuscripts must meet JMS’s formatting, referencing, and AI usage standards. The submission process is supported by a dedicated editorial team, ensuring your work progresses smoothly from screening to peer review to publication.
Propose a Special Issue to address emerging or neglected topics in management studies. Special Issues bring together peer-reviewed articles on a focused theme, stimulating new lines of inquiry. Proposals should demonstrate relevance, originality, and editorial expertise, and are managed in partnership with JMS Editors.
Draw attention to current debates within management and organisation studies. The Point–Counterpoint feature provides a platform for constructive, rigorous discussion of timely and complex issues. Propose a topic, outline contrasting perspectives, and collaborate with fellow scholars to inspire new research directions.
Contribute personal, reflective essays that challenge assumptions, spotlight overlooked issues and offer bold calls to action. JMS Says welcomes narratives from scholars at all career stages, especially those from marginalised communities. Essays are grounded in lived experience and written in an introspective style.
Share accessible, engaging summaries of your published JMS research, highlighting practical, policy, and societal implications. JMS Insights bridges academic scholarship with practitioners, media, and the wider public. Submit research summaries, opinion pieces, or topical commentaries. All posts are reviewed for clarity and impact, and contributors are encouraged to share their work widely.
