The Journal of Management Studies will run a Professional Development Workshop for junior scholars as part of the Digital Transformation Society Conference taking place in Naples this week. The workshop will bring together emerging researchers working across management, innovation, artificial intelligence, strategy, and organizational studies for a series of developmental paper feedback sessions and editorial discussions.
The PDW will be led by JMS Associate Editors Beatrice D’Ippolito (University of York) and Paolo Aversa (King’s Business School – King’s College London), who will chair parallel paper development tracks featuring selected research presentations from junior scholars. The programme will conclude with an editorial talk by Paolo Aversa on navigating the peer review process and publishing in leading management journals, offering practical guidance for emerging scholars.
