After more than three years shaping JMS Says, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Thomas Roulet as he steps down from his editorial role at the Journal of Management Studies. Since becoming a JMS Says Editor in 2022, Thomas has helped make JMS Says a vibrant space for bold, personal reflections that challenge norms, provoke thought, and inspire action across management and organisation studies. Under his co-editorship, the essay series has amplified diverse and under-represented voices and encouraged scholars at all career stages to engage with pressing issues in fresh and courageous ways. We are deeply grateful for his vision, energy, and commitment.
At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Paul Hibbert as incoming JMS Says Editor from May. Paul brings a distinguished record of scholarship, leadership, and reflexive thinking, with research that has profoundly shaped conversations around learning, managing and leading. His commitment to reflexive practice and scholarly development makes him a wonderful fit for the spirit of JMS Says, and we are excited for the perspectives and possibilities he will bring to this next chapter.
