Kristina Potočnik is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Edinburgh and Honorary Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of St Andrews. Her current research interests broadly cover organizational resilience, innovation and creativity, and occupational health and well-being. She currently serves as General Editor at the Journal of Management Studies.
