Elena Dalpiaz is Professor of Management at the Universita' della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano. Her primary research interest focuses on how organizations use symbolic and cultural resources such as hype, traditions, etc. to attain legitimacy, foster identity and organizational change, or create new entrepreneurial opportunities.
