Yuliya Ponomareva

Yuliya Ponomareva is Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She holds a PhD in Management from Linnaeus University (Sweden). Her research focuses on corporate governance, boards of directors, top management teams, and ownership structures, with particular attention to ownership heterogeneity and governance dynamics.
