Hannes Leroy

Yasin Rofcanin is Professor of Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management at the University of Bath School of Management, where he also serves as Co-Director of the Future of Work Research Centre. An internationally recognised scholar, his research focuses on work design, leadership, and work-family dynamics. He serves on multiple editorial boards and frequently delivers keynotes and workshops globally. Passionate about bridging theory and practice, he works closely with organisations to co-create impactful and inclusive work environments.
