Ting Liu

Ya Xi Shen is an Associate Professor at the Business School of Hunan University. She earned her PhD in Management from the Australian National University. Her research centers on organizational behavior and international management, specifically examining employee behaviors and interpersonal dynamics in MNC foreign subsidiaries. She is particularly interested in the role of linguistic identity in international business and migrant workplace contexts, and also has contributed to research on gender in the workplace, organizational identification, and retirement.
