Thom G. Pittz

Dr. Thomas G. Pittz is Associate Provost and Professor of Entrepreneurship & Management at the University of Tampa. He leads graduate studies, assessment, international student and faculty activities, and global strategic initiatives, helping advance the University of Tampa’s international profile. An award-winning scholar and educator, he holds a Ph.D. from New Mexico State University and conducts research on entrepreneurial ecosystems, strategic openness, innovation, and external knowledge acquisition. He has published in leading journals and authored two entrepreneurship books. He is past president of USASBE and brings substantial industry experience to his academic leadership.
