Simon B. de Jong is Full Professor of Organisation Studies at Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics. Previously, he worked at Deloitte Consulting, EADA, and the universities of St. Gallen, Bath, and East Anglia. His research focuses on teamwork, organizational design, and leadership, as well as Future of Work topics such as human-AI collaboration and change management for the circular economy. He has served as Associate Editor at EJWOP and held various senior academic leadership roles, such as MT-member and Director of Executive Education.
