Shelby L. Gai

Shelby L. Gai is an Assistant Professor of Management at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business. Her research interests fall at the intersection of strategy and organizational theory, with a focus on corporate governance and how firms can design better boards and implement more effective governance practices. She received her Ph.D. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
