Raghu Garud is Professor of Management and Organization and the Farrell Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Pennsylvania State University. His research adopts a processual approach to explore how novelty emerges and is translated into practice. His recent work examines innovation at work. In 2020, the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) Division of the Academy of Management honored Raghu as its Distinguished Scholar.
