Mitchell Neubert is the Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business and a Professor of Management at Baylor University. He earned his PhD from the University of Iowa. Dr. Neubert’s research focuses on understanding how servant leaders, ethics, faith, and change processes affect the performance and flourishing of individuals, teams, and organizations. He also authored two textbooks designed to stimulate critical thinking by including both conventional and sustainable perspectives on theories and practices in management and organizational behavior.
