Martin Hoegl is Professor of Management and Head of the Institute for Leadership and Organization at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany). Before joining LMU München, he served on the faculties of Washington State University, Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Vallendar, Germany). Moreover, he held visiting professorships at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern Univ., USA), Curtin University (Perth, Australia), Univ. of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) and at the National Sun Yat-Sen University (Taiwan). His main research interests include leadership, collaboration, and innovation in organizations.
