Qin Su

Lynn M. Shore (PhD in I/O Psychology, Colorado State University) is a Partners for Excellence Professor at Colorado State University and a Visiting Scholar at Ghent University. Her primary research areas are on the employment relationship and workforce diversity and inclusion. Professor Shore has held professional leadership positions, including the Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology from 2003 to 2008 and on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Management from 2014 to 2017. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
