His research focuses on the impact of family ownership and family goals on firm strategy, innovation, governance, and competitive advantage. He has published in leading international journals including Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, among others.
