Hao Tan

Hao Tan is a professor in management at Nottingham University Business School China in Ningbo. He previously worked in Australian universities for more than 15 years, and has held leadership roles in business schools in both Australian and China, including Deputy Head and Associate Dean. He thanks Professor Garry Bruton for sharing their Point article, which drew his attention to this important debate in Journal of Management Studies.
