Florian Bauer

Florian Bauer is a chair in strategic management at the University of Bristol Business School, UK. His research focusses on organizational transformation through non-organic growth strategies such as mergers and acquisitions. He is a board member of the German M&A Association and Co-founder of MADiscover, a company that digitizes M&A target screening.
