Professor Fang Lee Cooke is a Distinguished Professor at Monash University. Her work focuses on employment relations, strategic HRM, and the impact of technological change on work and skills. Her research spans gender and diversity, global workforce development, and the implications of AI and digital transformation for workers and organisations.
