Hannes Leroy

Chidi Ogbonnaya is a Professor of Human Resource Management at King’s Business School, where he also serves as Associate Dean for Doctoral Studies. His research explores strategic HRM, job quality, employment relations, responsible leadership, and behavioral ethics. His recent studies examine the employment experiences of informal workers in low- and middle-income countries, investigating strategies for sustainable development.
